As I get things started up here, I want to share my vision for this blog to satisfy your curiosity about what is to come. Here are the types of posts you’ll be seeing from me in the days ahead:

Stories from my personal experience breastfeeding.

Humor. I’ll share anything about breastfeeding that makes me laugh.

Tips and advice for new and future moms. I was well-informed about breastfeeding before the birth of my child, but there are still many things I wish I had known.

Observations on infant feeding in our culture and in the media.

Information about breastfeeding. Research keeps coming out, and I’ll report the interesting things as I learn them.

Reviews of products and books. The last thing I wanted to do as an exhausted, brand-new mom was comparison shop and try to make sense of the things that were supposed to help me feed my baby. I can tell you what works, and what doesn’t, for me, and I hope you’ll chime in with your experiences, too.

As I get more readers, I’d like to make this an interactive place, pose questions, and ask for your advice.

What would you like to see here?
